E-Driving Licence & E- Registration Certificate

1. From 01.04.2024 only e-Driving License (e-DL) and e-Registration Certificate (e-RC) will be issued.

2. The printable PDF format of e-DL and e-RC can be downloaded from Parivahan Sewa Citizen portal.

3. The print of the printable PDF format of e-DL and e-RC can be obtained without going to the transport office on one's own level or from any e-Mitra center / e-Mitra Plus machine with the prescribed fee.

4. e-DL and e-RC are legally valid.

5. Smart card will not be issued from 01.04.2024, hence it’s fee of Rs. 200/- will not be payable.
